Terms of Use

Last updated October 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MealKlip (“MealKlip”, “we”, “us”) for the MealKlip website and apps. By using MealKlip, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use MealKlip

You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for your account: use an email address you control, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Recipes you import

Check before you cook

MealKlip reads recipes automatically, partly with AI, and it can make mistakes. Check ingredients, amounts, allergens, and cooking temperatures against the source before you cook or shop. MealKlip doesn’t give medical or nutrition advice.

Free use and Premium

Fair use

Don’t misuse MealKlip: no attempts to break in or overload it, no automated access or scraping, no using it to fetch pages that aren’t recipes, no copying or reselling it, and nothing illegal. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Your information and ours

What you enter stays yours. You let us store and use it to run MealKlip for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. MealKlip itself, including its design, text, and images, belongs to us.

Ending

You can stop using MealKlip at any time and delete your account in Account. We may stop offering MealKlip or parts of it. If we close a paid service, we’ll refund any unused time you paid for on our website.

No warranties

MealKlip is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will always be available, that it can read every recipe, or that what it reads is free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

App Store

If you use MealKlip on an Apple device, these terms are between you and MealKlip, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for MealKlip and isn’t responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t take away consumer protections you have where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell you by email or in MealKlip. Using MealKlip after a change means you accept it.
